Mabel is an artist based in New York, NY. They graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in theater design and technology with concentrations in lighting and scenic design. While at Syracuse University, Mabel worked for the Events and Technical Services Department programming and lighting designing events across campus for student organizations and guests. They have also worked summers at Saint Michael’s Playhouse in Colchester, VT and New London Barn Playhouse in New London, NH. Mabel’s diverse interests have led them to pursue a career in lighting design, scenic design, and scenic painting. Outside of theater, Mabel loves Veep, printmaking, and funerary art in all its forms- especially New England gravestones.
